Job summary

FOX News Channel is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across our digital product portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable plans, driving governance, risk management, and delivery across multiple agile teams.

A strong leader is needed to navigate ambiguity, apply SAFe pragmatically, and elevate delivery performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management or technical program management for complex delivery
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and translate strategy into plans
• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and cross-team coordination
• Experience facilitating PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums in a large organization
• Ability to establish governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs across multiple teams and value streams
• Translate business and product strategy into actionable program plans with milestones
• Establish governance, rhythms, and delivery frameworks for clear accountability
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and organizational changes
• Provide regular executive updates on health, milestones, risks, and outcomes
• Drive accountability for budgets, timelines, and outcomes across teams
• Lead planning across multiple Agile teams and coordinate cross-team ceremonies
• Evolve delivery practices using SAFe and Agile principles pragmatically
• Mentor teams on program management, stakeholder management, and delivery best practices
• Build trusted relationships with executives and external partners
• Stay current on program management and media industry trends
