The role balances strategic oversight with hands-on execution, working with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and senior executives in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, HR, talent acquisition, or employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs from planning to execution.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating large-scale employee events, recognition programs, conferences, or executive meetings.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with adaptability in a fast-moving setting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and AI productivity tools like ChatGPT and Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution and operations for the Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP), including planning, engagement, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Serve as HR liaison for the Cristo Rey High School Internship Program managing onboarding and logistics.
• Support early career recruitment initiatives, orientation programs, and on-site events across multiple cities.
• Manage the FOX News Media Spotlight Awards process including nominations, committees, and event planning.
• Plan and execute the FOX News Media Open House Program coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, communications, and reporting for program delivery and alignment.
