Job summary

Entrada Therapeutics is seeking an HR professional to own employee experience programs, onboarding, learning & development, and talent initiatives. You’ll partner with leaders across the organization and work on-site at our Boston, MA headquarters.

You will manage onboarding, engagement surveys, performance processes, HR investigations, and HRIS data accuracy, while supporting Entrada’s co-op program and job documentation. 4+ years in HR/TA in biotech or tech preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in biotechnology/pharma or technology preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee experience programs, onboarding, and development.
• Support HR policies, investigations, and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate Co-Op program and maintain HR documentation and HRIS data.
