Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of progressive Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting onboarding, learning & development, or HR business partnership initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end onboarding programs and improve new hire experiences.
• Support enterprise talent initiatives, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate company-wide learning and development programs and track effectiveness.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and enrichment of Entrada's Co-Op Program; maintain org charts and HR data accuracy.
