You will partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to analyze needs and promote data-driven decision making, reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, while working in a 100% remote setup.

The role involves guiding Lean/Six Sigma/Agile initiatives, standardizing workflows, and developing dashboards to show progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or process improvement roles.
• Experience with HR processes and systems.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, business analyses, or systems optimization.
• Global experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, lead, and execute projects to enhance HR systems and related processes.
• Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to drive system optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
• Standardize processes and align system functionality across HR teams.
