Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in HR compliance, policy administration, or related roles.
• Experience supporting multi-state employment law compliance.
• Strong knowledge of wage & hour laws, leave laws, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive policy governance and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple states.
• Coordinate compliance initiatives and monitor risks.
• Develop and maintain compliance reporting and dashboards.
