Job summary

Job description

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR Field team in delivering day-to-day HR operations across a multi-site environment. This role is a key resource for Practice Managers and employees, assisting with HR systems, compliance, and core HR processes. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain data integrity of HRIS: data entry, audits, and ongoing quality control
  • Process new hires, job changes, and terminations in HRIS, ensure accuracy and organizational structure alignment
  • Audit HR processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide clinic management with HRIS system direction
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of hospital operations
  • Monitor employee compliance training, provide reporting and follow-up for timely completion
  • Oversee compliance posting requirements and vendor management for required state, federal, local, and workers’ compensation postings
  • Maintain and update practice-level contact directories
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Partner with Integrations team on entry of newly acquired clinic staff
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests in professional, timely, and service-oriented manner
  • Process employment verification, unemployment claims, and employment-related documentation
  • File necessary paperwork into personnel folders
  • Distribute mass mailings and communication to employees
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be highly motivated self-starter with ability to take initiative and meet deadlines
  • 1+ year of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner is essentia
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel information

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Payroll/HRIS systems preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree desired, preferably in Human Resources or related field

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
  • Occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, supplies, and office machinery
  • Frequently communicate with managers at remote locations using email and phone; must be able to exchange clear, accurate information
  • Frequent keyboarding/use of computer for data entry
  • Occasionally move equipment and supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Frequently communicate and collaborate with co-workers in the office

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $25 per hour
