PCL Constructors Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an HR Policy and Compliance Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of HR policy and compliance frameworks.

This role reports to the Director, HR Services and oversees a team while partnering across the business. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in HR/policy/governance, 3+ years of leadership, and strong skills in policy, ethics, and data governance, with a focus on compliance and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources, public policy, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, policy, compliance, or governance.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, including overseeing teams and performance management.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex issues and recommend solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts.
  • Strong organizational and change management capabilities.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, data, and reporting to support compliance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

As a HR Policy and Compliance Manager for PCL Constructors Inc. in our Denver office, you'll have the opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and governance of HR and Professional Development policy and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements, organizational strategy, and enterprise delivery.

Reporting to the Director, HR Services, this role provides leadership and direction in policy governance, compliance management, ethics and employee relations programming, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Manager leads a team and partners across the business.

Responsibilities

The estimated salary range for this role is $135,000 - $174,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
