Bayer is seeking an HR People Partner Intern to support the North America HR People Partnering team in day-to-day activities and strategic HR initiatives. This three‑month internship provides hands‑on experience working with HR professionals on employee and leader support, organizational changes, and projects shaping the future of HR.

• Support HR processes including employee relations, promotions, and organizational changes.
• Assist with HR projects through project management and change activities.
• Support communications, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and project delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements across North America.

HR People Partner Intern

As an HR People Partnering Intern, you support the North America HR People Partnering team by assisting with day-to-day HR activities and strategic HR transformation initiatives; in this 3‑month internship, you gain hands‑on experience working with HR professionals on employee and leader support, organizational changes, and projects that help shape the future of HR, while building your skills in communication, collaboration, and project delivery within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the North America HR People Partnering team by assisting with day‑to‑day HR activities and strategic HR transformation initiatives;


• Support HR People Partners in managing employee and leader requests;


• Assist with HR processes including employee relations support, promotions, organizational changes, and general HR inquiries;


• Support activation of HR projects and initiatives through project management and change management activities;


• Assist with communications, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and project execution;


• Contribute to process improvement efforts and project deliverables across North America.

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field;


• Strong interest in Human Resources and employee experience;


• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills;


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, agile environment;


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;


• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn;

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $20.75 to $58.50. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits may include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc (if relevant).
