Aspirion is seeking a People Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teammates, guiding employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. You will partner with supervisors, managers, and directors to align people strategies with business goals, ensuring a positive teammate experience and compliant practices.

This role requires strong coaching, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience handling employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary People Team partner for assigned business units and operational leaders.
• Coach leaders on performance management, accountability, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to address employee relations concerns, workplace conflicts, attendance issues, and conduct matters.
• Conduct investigations and fact-finding activities related to employee relations concerns and policy violations.
• Support organizational change initiatives and help leaders navigate change effectively.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on staffing and talent needs as necessary.
• Drive teammate engagement initiatives and support retention strategies.
• Interpret and apply company policies consistently and fairly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
