Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience handling employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong conflict resolution, coaching, and consultation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience utilizing HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary People Team partner for assigned business units and leaders.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and provide guidance on people-related matters.
• Coach leaders on performance management, accountability, and development.
• Address employee relations concerns, workplace conflicts, attendance issues, and conduct matters.
• Conduct investigations and fact-finding related to employee relations and policy violations.
• Facilitate corrective action processes and guide documentation and expectations.
• Support organizational change initiatives and help leaders navigate change.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities and solutions.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing and needs.
• Drive teammate engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
• Interpret and apply policies consistently and fairly.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain documentation on performance and compliance activities.
• Create resources, SOPs, and training materials.
• Contribute to People Team projects and processes.
• Collaborate across departments to promote a positive culture.
