Responsibilities

• Support the Human Resources department with company policies and procedures.
• Update employee records and internal databases.
• Prepare and administer employee surveys, consolidate information and present detailed reports.
• Assist HR in hiring and recruiting procedures and develop reports for openings.
• Report on hiring trends and analytics.
