Job summary

PILGRIMS PRIDE Ellijay Complex is seeking a skilled HR leader to supervise activities across employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and labor relations at the site. You will align site programs with corporate standards while supporting affirmative action and equity initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and has at least 3 years of related HR experience; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related HR experience.
• Ability to work additional hours/weekends as needed; strong communication skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day administration of personnel policies and practices at the Ellijay Complex.
• Oversees employee training and orientation programs.
• Manages compensation and benefits programs to align with corporate standards.
• Recommends program changes to meet HR requirements and submits budget recommendations for personnel operations.
• Coordinates affirmative action and other employee relations programs; may represent company at hearings and investigations.
