Job summary

The Blossoms at Prescott Rehab & Nursing Center in Prescott, AR is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team and support employees while fostering a positive work environment.

You will manage personnel files, coordinate onboarding, assist recruitment, conduct background checks, verify licenses, and ensure regulatory compliance across federal and state laws.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package are offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of human resources experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with high energy.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good patience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all employee and resident related information
• Manage facility personnel files and ensure timely completion of evaluations and paperwork
• Assist in recruitment efforts to attract top talent
• Conduct background checks in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Verify professional licenses and certifications for employees
• Coordinate onboarding process for new hires
• Oversee Worker's Compensation and other in-house insurance programs
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve problems
• Maintain regulatory required logs and records (FMLA, OSHA, EEOC, CHRO)
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations (EEO, OSHA, patient rights, fraud/abuse laws)
• Track disciplinary process, including tardiness and call outs
• Provide guidance to management staff on employee relations matters
• Ensure all required posters and documents are displayed throughout the facility
