Job summary

Micro1 in the United States seeks a HR task designer to craft multi-step payroll, workforce planning, and policy exercises with realistic reference materials.

You will define grading criteria, ensure tasks can be judged consistently, source supporting documents, and flag ambiguities for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on responsibility in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience creating or applying structured standards: HR policies, payroll checklists, process documentation, compliance frameworks, or training assessments.
• Comfortable working across spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents at the same time.
• Strong English, written and spoken – B2 minimum, C1 preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on responsibility in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy, or employee lifecycle operations — direct ownership of the work, not supervisory-only or adjacent exposure.

• Experience creating or applying structured standards: HR policies, payroll checklists, process documentation, compliance frameworks, or training assessments.

• Comfortable working across spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents at the same time.

• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent) is a plus, but not required.

• Strong English, written and spoken — B2 minimum, C1 preferred.
