Responsibilities include onboarding, coordination of drug screens and background checks, preparing HR documents, and maintaining postings and candidate status in Dayforce. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and experience in HR duties.
• Strong written and spoken communication, empathy for employees, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR staff with recruiting, employee relations, and engagement duties.
• Provide timely customer service to employees and coordinate with internal/external contacts.
• Prepare memos, reports, and HR documents, and assist with onboarding and background checks.
