Aluminum Precision Products is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent. You will partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, manage the recruitment process, and ensure compliance with documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or five years of HR experience, along with strong ethics and effective communication skills. A competitive salary range of $70,500 - $80,000 annually along with excellent benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field or a minimum of five years HR experience.
• Experience with labor laws and EEO regulations.
• Strong organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with managers to create job advertisements and conduct interviews.
• Lead bi-weekly recruiting meetings with the executive team.
