Responsibilities

• Provide information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and team members.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze reports on employment-related topics.
• Investigate team member complaints or matters, gathering basic information and witness statements.
• Collaborate with Team Member Services and direct team members for assistance.
• Conduct property-specific team member orientation and onboarding.
• Coordinate team member activities and recognition programs.
• Coordinate health and benefits events and activities.
• Administer LAB learning center; communicate requirements and prepare completion reports.
• Serve as liaison between team members and United Way in crisis fund administration.
• Administer systems transactions in ATS, HRIS, and LMS.
• Provide support to team members via phone, walk-ins, emails.
• Offer high level of internal customer service for HR questions.
