Job summary

TriNet is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate in Atlanta to resolve a wide range of HR-related inquiries by phone, email, chat, or service cases. You will ensure high-quality TriNet services in benefits, payroll, and human resources while focusing on first-contact resolution and timely documentation in the CRM.

You will handle inquiries with accuracy and empathy, adhere to escalation protocols, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service required.
• 2+ years HR/payroll/benefits experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to handle multiple priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to TriNet clients and worksite employees.
• Resolve general, low complexity inquiries via phone, email, chat and service cases.
• Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Maintain open cases to resolution with timely updates.
• Achieve established KPI targets and support customer retention.
