Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Payroll Tax Specialist to ensure timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll tax activities and provide customer service support. Atlanta, GA is the preferred location with salary guidance and relocation options.

Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, handling case inquiries, and processing data-entry tasks within Payroll Tax, including payments, reports and filings. CPP/FPC certifications are preferred.

• Overtime may be required as projects dictate primarily during reporting months. Use of headset to communicate is required. Noise level in the environment is usually moderate. The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $24.81 to $37.21. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
