TriNet is seeking an Associate Benefits Support Services Analyst to provide benefits expertise and administer TriNet's benefits offerings to customers and internal teams. You will investigate inquiries, perform root cause analysis, and determine resolutions for optimal outcomes.

The role involves assisting with enrollment processes, regulatory/compliance topics, and navigating to resources. The preferred location is Atlanta, GA with in-office consideration and potential remote options per policy.

Qualifications

• General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred
• Experience with benefits administration is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external clients with benefits inquiries via phone, chat, email or case
• Research and resolve low to mid-level complexity cases daily
• Route items in Salesforce and Perceptive Content; assist with reports and plan details
• Maintain compliance with policies and standards
• Provide excellent customer service and support to TriNet customers and worksite employees
