Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is hiring for a Full-Time HR/Payroll Administrator at a skilled nursing facility in North Carolina. The role focuses on payroll and HR administration, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff.

On-site position with standard 1st shift hours and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and two years’ experience in payroll/HR administration, with solid knowledge of relevant laws and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Payroll and/or HR Administration experience.
• Working knowledge of payroll/personnel administration laws and guidelines in nursing facilities.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software.
