You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts, ensuring adherence to FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA guidelines, and maintaining HRIS data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll/HR experience.
• Working knowledge of payroll regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers' compensation & unemployment).
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software.

Responsabilités

• Administer and perform HR/payroll functions for the community according to current accounting principles and regulations.
