Autumn Care of Drexel is seeking a dedicated HR/payroll administrator to support a skilled nursing facility in Morganton, NC. You will process payroll, assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

In this role, you will handle HR tasks, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with leadership to support a positive work environment and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of payroll/HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA) applicable to nursing facilities.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll and HR functions for the community.
