Job summary

Saber Health Group in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care. Shifts are 7a-7p with full-time or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
CPR certification required.
Proficient in basic computer skills and navigating EHR systems.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
Supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.
