Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Human Resources/Payroll Administrator for a skilled nursing facility in Worthington, OH. The role focuses on HR/payroll administration, recruitment support, onboarding, and employee retention in a compassionate care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year(s) experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers' compensation & unemployment.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through HRIS software.
• At least two (2) years' experience in scheduling and HR in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and perform HR/payroll functions for the community per current acceptable accounting principles and regulations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees.
