Monroe Health & Rehab Center is hiring an HR/Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing, benefits, and personnel records. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and facility policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
• Knowledge of payroll laws: FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, unemployment.
• Working knowledge of HRIS software.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR/payroll functions for the community.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
