Job summary

Parentis Health is seeking a Part-time HR/Payroll Administrator in Laguna Hills, CA to process payroll accurately, maintain employee records, and ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws. You will support onboarding, respond to payroll inquiries, collaborate with HR and finance, and help develop payroll policies and procedures to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration or related field.
Experience with payroll software and systems; Paycom experience beneficial.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Process and manage payroll to ensure accurate payment of salaries and wages.
Maintain and update employee payroll records for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and best practices.
Submit payroll reports to management and external agencies as required.
Address employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with HR and finance to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Assist in development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures for accuracy and compliance.
Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations.
