Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Administer ADP Workforce Now across Payroll, HRIS, Time & Attendance, Tax Compliance, and Reporting.
• Audit payroll and timekeeping data for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage garnishments, tax levies, employment verifications, and payroll adjustments.
• Respond to employee and management payroll-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Support HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Create payroll and HR reports as needed.

Salary: USD35 - USD40 per hour

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility available)

About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across a large, multi-state organization. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while serving as the primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Administer ADP Workforce Now, including Payroll, HRIS, Time & Attendance, Tax Compliance, and Reporting modules.
• Audit payroll and timekeeping data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage garnishments, tax levies, employment verifications, and payroll adjustments.
• Respond to employee and management payroll-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Support HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
