Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) partners with a respected nonprofit in New Britain, CT, to hire an HR/Payroll Specialist. This role supports payroll, onboarding, HRIS data, and employee relations in a mission-driven setting.

• Experience with payroll processing for a payroll run.

Responsabilités

• Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and administer benefits updates.
• Manage HRIS data and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with managers on employee relations and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain employee records, administer benefits-related updates, and manage HRIS data.
• Partner with department managers on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Prior experience processing payroll and managing onboarding/offboarding functions is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
