Job summary

Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is seeking an HR Manager to oversee payroll, benefits, and personnel records within a compassionate LTC setting. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining compliance with workers' compensation requirements.

Starting pay is $27.00 per hour, DOE, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in Human Resources or Payroll preferred
• Previous experience working in a LTC setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely submission of all accounts payable invoices
• Maintenance of personnel records - including Workers Compensation
• Assist all new hires with paperwork, orientation, and benefit questions
• Manage timely preparation and submission of payroll
• Oversee employee time and attendance
