Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with hands-on payroll processing.
• Experience in home care, Medicaid HCBS or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wage/hour rules, I-9/E-Verify, garnishments and compliance docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle payroll for GA and IL in Viventium, with weekly/biweekly schedules and future expansion.
• Maintain audit-ready personnel files; manage background checks and compliance.
• Lead caregiver/staff recruiting via Apploi; forecast staffing needs and scale recruiting.
• Oversee benefits administration and respond to HR/payroll inquiries from staff.
