Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least four years of Human Resource management experience required.
• At least two years Payroll processing experience required
• SHRM-CP a plus.
• ADP Workforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with training, education, and work assessments.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring in collaboration with department managers.
• Conducts background checks and employment verifications; maintains Employment Database.
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administers compensation, benefits, and leave; handles disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Responds to employee inquiries; assists with disciplinary meetings and terminations.
• Maintains compliance with employment laws and company policies; reviews and updates procedures.
• Manages ADP Workforce Payroll System & Wages; handles garnishments.
• Oversees payroll data accuracy and reporting; processes paychecks.
• Performs other HR duties as assigned.
