Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting and payroll administration.
• Experience supporting non-exempt employees preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding using applicant tracking systems.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Process accurate bi-weekly payroll while ensuring compliance with company policies and all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records and reporting.
• Assist with employee relations matters, counseling discussions, exit interviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain employee files and HR records while ensuring a high level of confidentiality.
• Coordinate and execute internal communications and site communication initiatives.
• Maintain internal company communication platforms and related applications.
• Assist with planning and coordinating company events and employee recognition activities.
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Partner with production teams to understand staffing and workforce needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
