Diversicare is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator in Batesville, MS, to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations. You’ll partner with local schools for talent pipelines, manage UKG/UltiPro, and ensure compliant HR practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years HR experience focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and ATS.
• Payroll processing experience and familiarity with timekeeping systems.
• Proficiency with UKG/UltiPro is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycle from posting to hire and onboarding.
• Build relationships with local schools and organizations to create a talent pipeline.
• Manage applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process and candidate experience.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and policy guidance for staff.
