Qualifications

• Payroll experience in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with onboarding and employee records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time
• Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
• Support HR compliance efforts and personnel file maintenance
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and staff
• Coordinate with department heads regarding timekeeping and attendance
• Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, mail sorting, and operating office equipment
