Providence Health & Rehab Center in Beaver Falls is seeking a Payroll/HR Administrator to manage payroll and HR tasks. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, and regulatory compliance for a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to administer and perform human resources/payroll functions to the community in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles relating to operations, state and federal regulations, and as directed by the Administrator. Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year(s) experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers' compensation & employment.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through HRIS software.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, Days
• Wage: Starting at $26.00 per hour
