Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturer in San Jose seeks a motivated Payroll Assistant/Human Resources Assistant to support the Director of Human Resources and the Chief Executive Officer. In this on-site role, you will handle administrative tasks including payroll support, meeting coordination, and maintain comprehensive records. Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a HR assistant role or similar.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Experience handling confidential materials with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR and CEO.
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll duties and record keeping.
• Organize meetings and travel arrangements.
