Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience required.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and full-cycle payroll processing.
• Experience reviewing time and attendance data.
• Expert-level Excel; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to manage confidential information and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee benefits inquiries and assist with Open Enrollment administration.
• Maintain timekeeping records, monitor exceptions, and support accurate payroll processing.
• Audit payroll and attendance data, assist with reconciliations, and support payroll-related projects.
• Generate HR, payroll, and workforce reports and assist with audits, surveys, and compliance reporting.
• Provide data and reporting support to management for workforce, payroll, and benefits analysis.
• Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as business needs evolve.
