Job summary

Foley, Incorporated is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist for Piscataway, NJ. The role focuses on payroll, benefits inquiries, and timekeeping support, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-2:30PM.

You will handle Open Enrollment administration, payroll audits, reporting, and data analyses for management. The position requires at least 2 years of payroll experience and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, Excel, and HRIS/payroll systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now with full-cycle payroll processing.
• Experience reviewing time and attendance data.
• Expert-level Excel skills with proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee benefits inquiries and assist with Open Enrollment administration.
• Maintain timekeeping records, monitor exceptions, and support accurate payroll processing.
• Audit payroll and attendance data, assist with reconciliations, and support payroll-related projects.
• Generate HR, payroll, and workforce reports and assist with audits, surveys, and compliance reporting.
• Provide data and reporting support to management for workforce, payroll, and benefits analysis.
• Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as business needs evolve.
