Invision Technologies, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Albany, GA. The role focuses on payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and maintaining employee records while supporting senior staff with timely reports.

Ideal candidates are organized, self-directed, and strong communicators with a customer-service mindset. The position is full-time and based on-site in Albany, GA, with opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and desire to learn and adapt quickly.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintain employee records.
• Schedule and manage onboarding and offboarding.
• Respond to employee questions related to HR and company policies, benefits, PTO, etc.
• Process payroll and benefits, including contract employees.
• Manage employee benefits, such as retirement and insurance.
• Prepare and present reports to senior staff, including turnover and enrollment.
• Handle employee issues promptly and with sensitivity.
• Maintain records and files, including sensitive employee files.
• Assist the admin team as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
