DHL eCommerce is seeking an HR Administrator to support HR operations, payroll processing, onboarding, and employee communications. This role ensures regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping across office and warehouse environments.

You will assist HR leadership, manage data entry, and help drive employee engagement initiatives, while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Understand and perform report preparation, posting and recording.
• Strong math basics (addition and subtraction).
• Team player with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task.
• Prepare detailed records or reports and communicate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Execute payroll administration tasks and reconcile pay issues.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance.
• Update employee communications and postings.
• Support HR audits and document maintenance for audit readiness.
• Assist onboarding with new-hire paperwork and ID badges.
• Coordinate monthly reward programs and staff recognition.
• Prepare and track STA applications and renewals.
• Maintain employee ID badge program compliance.
• Provide administrative support to HR leadership and partners.
