Job summary

IndoorMedia is seeking a detail-oriented HR / Payroll Admin to join our team in Houston, TX. This role will manage multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly staff while providing dedicated HR administrative support.

Working across HR and Payroll, you will help ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy, and smooth service delivery across our enterprise HRIS platforms, including year-end activities and audits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience in HR/payroll administration is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll for multi-state employees.
• Verify timekeeping data, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Manage garnishments, loans, and payroll advances.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for management and external agencies.
• Coordinate with processors to review payroll tax invoices.
• Assist with year-end activities, including W-2s and audits.
