Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic HR consultations on topics like performance enablement and leadership development.
• Collaborate across boundaries to influence HR priorities and solutions across the business.
• Drive operational excellence to improve HR processes and service delivery for Googlers.
• Advise, mentor and partner with Googlers and leaders; manage risk and HR issues.
• Provide timely HR guidance to solve complex problems and build relationships.
