Qualifications

• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic HR consultations across a variety of HR topics for the DCPOs and business units.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries to influence people priorities and solutions.
• Drive operational excellence in processes, governance and service delivery.
• Act as HR advisor, mentor and strategic partner to Googlers, Managers, and Leaders.
• Provide timely guidance while managing risk and complex HR problems.
