As a Data Center People Consultant (DCPC), this role serves as a strategic HR advisor to the leaders and teams powering Google's global infrastructure. The team drives measurable impact by delivering dynamic HR consultations across a variety of HR topics aligned to the POps' Menu of Services along with delivering targeted HR solutions aligned to the broader Data Center strategy. Through agile consultations and deep alignment with the Data Center business and People Ops ecosystem, they help ensure the workforce is not only supported but optimized to scale at the speed of innovation.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
