Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner I for Grocery Fulfillment Centers in Bethpage, NY. You will support PXT operations, foster engagement, coach leaders, and deliver consistent HR services onsite at an Amazon facility.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining documentation, and using HR data to drive improvements. Strong communication and a Bachelor’s degree are required, with extensive MS Office skills and discretion in handling confidential information.

As an HR Partner on the PXT team, you will support PXT operations through consistent standard work execution, relationship-building, and timely issue resolution. With a visible presence across site operations, you'll foster team culture, support engagement, and coach leaders on PXT practices. You'll create positive employee experiences while building your skills in navigating increasingly complex issues and influencing without authority. Success in this role comes from building strong partnerships, demonstrating sound judgment, and maintaining a customer‑centric approach. You'll learn to use data-driven insights and HR technologies to enhance the employee experience while developing core HR capabilities that will serve as the foundation for your career growth.

You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Execute standard HR processes with consistent quality and timeliness, maintaining accurate documentation of employee interactions and ensuring established service-level agreements are met.
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation of employee matters while handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention, guiding them in using available tools to improve team communication, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives by coordinating logistics, gathering employee feedback through channels such as roundtables and floor walks, and monitoring effectiveness of programs.
• Track and summarize HR-related data - including attrition trends, attendance patterns, and employee sentiment - to prepare insights for team discussions and help identify opportunities for process improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in customer service or people-facing roles, demonstrating effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., ability to use pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas)
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, HR analytics platforms, and emerging technologies to derive insights and drive process improvements
• Ability to effectively train, guide, and support others in the use of various HR technologies and digital platforms, with a focus on increasing user adoption and enhancing end-user experience
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Experience building partnerships and collaborating effectively across teams, demonstrating adaptability and autonomy
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and navigate ambiguous situations with limited direction
• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
