Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring an HR Partner to support the execution of people strategies aligned with operational goals at the Storm Lake Turkey Complex. You will engage with team members, build relationships, and foster an environment where employees feel supported and valued.

The role partners with site leadership, People Operations, and COEs to address day‑to‑day workforce needs, focusing on engagement, retention, and development while supporting business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience considered in lieu of higher education.
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Pohnpei or Lao preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and implement HR strategy to drive the organization’s vision.
• Assist in development and implementation of plans and programs to ensure effective utilization of HR influence.
• Identify and correct risk patterns in EEO and AA; conduct workplace investigations to resolve conflicts and performance issues.
• Champion EID initiatives.
• Build team member networks to promote feedback for corrective action when needed.
• Provide coaching to support leadership development and decision making to drive performance.
• Partner with COE and People Operations on HR programs at the facility.
• Work with leaders to determine workforce strategy and execution with COEs.
• Evaluate talent and development; ensure best practices in performance management and talent acquisition.
• Implement innovative programs to prepare the workforce for the future.
• Assist talent enablement by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.
