The role serves as first-line support for day-to-day inquiries, coaching managers, and guiding routine HR matters with a customer-centric approach.

The position emphasizes onboarding, benefits, policy interpretation, data analysis, and collaboration with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and legal/compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HR experience in an HR business partner environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook) required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Extensive HR skills including onboarding, compensation, performance, benefits, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to implement and administer HR programs.
• Provide counsel on company policies to managers and team members to ensure compliance.
• Support on onboarding for new hires and collaborate with Talent Acquisition.
• Develop performance plans and maintain documentation with compliance/legal teams.
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage HR reporting and data analysis.
• Support retention and engagement initiatives across the business.
