Job summary

Wildwood Programs is seeking a Human Resource Representative to serve as a resource for employees at every level of assigned program or administrative areas. You will be the primary employee relations contact, administer leaves, and interpret company policies and practices.

The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree with relevant experience and includes compliance with employment laws, benefits coordination, and ongoing HR initiatives, in a non-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; or an Associate’s degree with two years’ experience.
• Working knowledge of Word Processing software and Internet applications.
• Two years HR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with non-profit sector and human services is preferred.
• SHRM-CP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR programs: orientation, leaves, discipline, performance, safety, and development.
• Handles employee inquiries; escalates sensitive matters as needed.
• Attends meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws; reviews policies.
• Keeps up with HR trends, regulations, and talent management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
